You are (potentially) a person
who has purchased Contact for your Nintendo DS.
You will need to assist the Professor after
he loses contact with Terry.
This unfortunately-average rebellious
teen happened to be in the wrong place at the right time
(or is that right...wrong...whatever) when the Professor's
space ship was attacked.
In a way, the power
cell that fell out of the Professor's ship is what brought
the two together. Terry would have rather just gone home but
he agreed to help the Professor out for a bit. Incidentally, if a strange man (except your dad) comes up to you in the park and asks you to go off with him somewhere, don't do it. It's never a good idea to go anywhere with strangers!
He
flies through outer space in his ship which creates energy
through a complicated overly-scientific process involving
power cells and things like that.
Those very cells
were scattered when the ship was attacked and during its
subsequent crash-landing which is why you (and Terry) need
to help the Professor to get them back through a long and
involved process we like to call "playing Contact."
The Professor's pet tries to
help Terry but he can be a little bit fickle sometimes.
Mochi is depressed about his
dog's life and yearns to one day become a space cat. This
may explain why he's so moody. Nobody's ever heard of a
space cat that acts like a dog.
Mint is a famous pop singer.
You may have heard some of her songs on the radio (or maybe
not!).
However, she's also the leader of a cosmic
terrorist group called the CosmoNOTs, who are looking for
the same power cells as the Professor.
What kind of galactic revolution could they
be planning...?
Lester Sprawl
Lester Sprawl is in charge of
the CosmoNOTs' planet research team and his duties include
directing the acquisition of the lost power cells. He's been
a member of the group for longer than anyone else which I
suppose must mean he started it.
He fights with sabers.

Beatnix
Bull is very skilled
in the fine art of spaceship maintenance. He also has special
powers but there's not enough space here to really explain
what they are or how they work. You can find out by playing the game.
Nadia
Kehal
The token calm,
quiet member of the CosmoNOTs. She's also one of the smartest
which is why she would prefer to operate in the background.
She's behind most
of the CosmoNOTs' recent strikes.
